The kitchen power drive units equipped with fixed cheese grater have been designed for being combined with the interchangeable attachments through which can be carried out the most different preparations in modern professional kitchens.

• Sturdy structure in stainless steel with non-slip feet, equipped with fixed cheese grater in Inoxal®.
• Rotating head on the base up to 180°.
• Single+single-speed motor equipped with thermal protection sensor, switchable.

• Micro switch on the hub unit for insertion of attachments and on the lever of the cheese grater.
• Transmission motor-hub unit by means of tempered gears in oil bath.
